was formed in 2001 to provide affordable consulting services
to non-profit organizations and foundations in the following
areas:

• Program development
• Program evaluation with a focus on self-evaluation of critical outcomes
• Use of evaluation data for quality improvement
• Evaluation training
The
company’s tag line, “Strategic Thinking for
Effective Action”, reflects its guiding philosophy
that careful planning, including the early identification
of measurable outcomes, leads to more effective action
and prudent use of time and resources. We are committed
to developing the capacity of our clients to apply new
analytic approaches and skills long after our consultation
has ended.
At the present
time the company has growing client base of non-profit organizations
and philanthropic foundations in the states of Florida, Louisiana,
Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. It also
has consulting contracts with the Federal government, Health
Resource and Services Administration (HRSA) to provide evaluation
consultation to communities across the United States receiving
large Federal grants to develop health care access programs for
people without health insurance.
The
populations served and types of programs offered by BMR Consulting,
LLC’s client programs and foundations cover a broad range,

• Youth in school-based leadership programs
• After-school program for girls
• Neighborhood family centers
• Privatized child welfare services and
